I had this issue a lot too. I mainly post on pixiv now because of this. I wish there was some transparency because every time I've had something removed I've never been given a reason.
While they generally won't 'undo' removals, you will get an answer an the specifics if you ask in the forums. If you have the time and energy, please consider making an "A"-rated Post in the Art Forum politely asking for an explanation from whoever moderator unpublished your work.
For what it's worth: I found this News Post when I couldn't find your 'Hypnotized Lenna (OC)' piece. While I wouldn't describe it as "wholesome", it's not particularly 'offensive' either. And there's no "all non-con-play is banned" rule as far as I'm aware: https://www.newgrounds.com/wiki/help-information/terms-of-use/art-guidelines
For reference: I just looked at several pieces of character art with the kind of "sexy bite-marks" that bleed in the last 30 minutes - without actively looking for them. Good art isn't always "nice" or "'mentally a child'-friendly". We have age ratings and set rules. But during the last few months I got the impression that some(?) Art Portal moderator(s?) interpret the latter rather liberally - probably based on their own preferences/fetishes...
Not pointing elbows or anything...
This could be a problem with one or two moderators, rather than with Newgrounds as a whole... But if there 'is' such a problem, @TomFulp could never become aware of there 'being' one if artists voice their complaints in News Posts, which are a very hidden part of NG.
I hope this helps.

That's really weird. Is there a way to find out if someone is complaining about your stuff
